Experience the bold elegance of our Amaro Classico, a true grappa-based 100% Canadian crafted Amaro inspired by Old World standards. Made from pomace from Okanagan grapes and distilled to European standards for purity and authenticity, this exceptional spirit is barrel-aged and infused with a proprietary blend of spices, fruits, and botanicals.
The result? A complex, layered profile featuring ginger-cinnamon spice, burnt orange zest, and the warm depth of toasted oak..
